your drysuit hose wouldn't go from the left post right, it would go the normal route down and under your 'left' arm

The only two hoses which pass behind the neck are your backup reg from the left post going right and the wing inflator hose from the right post going left.

Other than that the primary reg is fed from the right to the right and the spg and drysuit is fed from the left to the left.

Hope that helps a little, it sounds confusing at first, but once you have it like that it not only works but you know that every concievable variation has been thought about and tried out by the worlds most extreme divers, there is a valid answer to every question you may have as to why certain hoses are routed certain ways.
