| If you dont set minimum stop durations on Vplanner and Deco planner you will get stops of 30seconds showing up.
Mainly using GF deco the deep stops are 1min. When slating a dive i would have the deepest stop shown then the first over 2min stop. In between id ascend at 3m/min and not stop at all.
Upping all those deep stops to 2mins would seriously up you'r deco. It would have the same affect as doing a 1.5m/min ascent rate. It would increase the deco by 20mins
So using first stop depth and slow ascent for 70m for 30mins 10/85GF

2 @ 42 (gas switch)
1 @ 39
1 @ 36
1 @ 33
1 @ 30
1 @ 27
3 @ 24
etc
I would slate this as
1@48
42m Gas switch to 32%
3@24
3@21
4@18

9@10 Gas switch to 80%
43@6
Then just do a 3m/min ascent from 48 - 24m
Much easier to remember
