I have a ND Vortex membrane suit, never had a problem with it and is fine for the admittedly undemanding diving that I do.  My only complaint is the neoprene boots are quite buoyant and my feet tend to float even though I wear ankle weights.
I also have a ND Omega 2 piece semi-dry which I really like, it's comfortable, warm and well made.
