I just invested in the Greenforce HID 50W umbilical with the F2 battery.
This will do 4hrs burn time and it can always be upgraded at a later date.
I also got a pouch to put the battery in that attaches to my harness (£15) and a grip for the head made out of webbing so it's hands free (£15) From Narked at 60.
For the torch, I got mine from Duck&Dive who yopu could ask for a price. Other prices I got were....
