yup sell the suit and get a new one

I done the same before, ill fitting suit, sent to shops to alter and change fit, etc.

ultimately just admitted that it was a bad fit, I know it can be hard to admit that especially when you spent a lot of money and got this nice new suit you want to play with.

in hindsight, I definitely shouldnt have wasted all that money on altering my suit. it does cost a fair bit!

if your really set on it, I suggest you go back to either the manufacturer, or find another manufacturer who will measure you and compare it to you suit measurement. they can then give you the best advice and quote based on the difference in fit.
