I had something similar a while back, stress induced chest pains, quite common apparently, so you may not have anything to worry about. However I did get mine fully checked out and my advice to you would be to do the same thing. Also I would analyse the stress situation and try and get that under control, the continued stress will not do you any good. Treat the cause not the symptoms, assuming they are ongoing.
