She only gave me a pill there and then, I rested for an hour where she accessed me again giving me the all clear. I'm taking some herbal pill now, don't know the English name, it's a root from some vegetable.
Wouldn't want Valium it's a depressant and addictive. I'm not by-polar but do have huge swings of high and low so will not touch it with a large barge pole.
