| As per usual in situations like this every one is busy focusing/doing the urgent stuff not the important stuff....then there suprised when they have a whole new lot of urgent stuff to do.
This is not to blame em as such its a typical human approach to situations. I had a conversation recently about this and 'The Incident Pit' and the way people appraoch stressful situations.
PS Sorry i know its slightly tangental but this was on my mind due to work and i just thought it was apt...ho hum |
