I have a membrane suit, and therefore latex seals. I use vet lube to stop it leaking. I used to find that they leaked because when i turned my neck it pulled and let the water in. Vet lube (think KY jelly for cows) stops it from pulling your neck to bits (and chafe marks), and mine have never leaked! Vet lube is waaaay cheaper than KY and comes in 500ml bottles!
