as someone who's had the odd problem or two
since having the device put in (though these have not been definitively proved to be due to the device) i'm happy to discuss my experiences and possible side effects with anyone who is interested.
I would not change my decision to have the op, but i think people should hear the potential flip side to the op before making their decision!
