Ok.Just had a rather pleasing winfall so I've got a couple of quid to play with on new toys.
I've been looking at the kowalski umbilical set ups and they look rather good but the burn time aint too hot. I own a couple of kowalskis,a 1200 and 1200speed, and LOVE them, which is why I thought instantly of their umbilical units.
So what are the other options in the £1000 range? I like the sarteks but I'm lead to believe that they leave a dark patch in the centre of the beam which would do my nut in
and they're not quite as bulletproof as some of the others on the market. HID seems to be the way to go but I'm not overly impressed with the bluish colour tinge on the light.
Any ideas?
