Local spring supplier- £3.11+VAT for a 24" stainless spring to the above size. Or 50 quid for a pair of straps from Denney diving. Hmmmm. Which one, I wonder?
BTW- the rubber straps that come with ND jetfins are weak as a kitten and snapped 1st time I tried them. Am messing with bungee at the moment but seeing s the springs are that cheap and I have yards of nylon tube at work, I think they are the way to go. Unless anyone has negative feedback on them?? |
