Depends on what you are dooing.
4th Element base layour for short dives lovley no boyancy issues but in present 6c conditions 40min max.
BUT if you doing /planning longer dives go for a 200g thinsulate preferably over a 4th element or similar base layour.
I do 90min + rin times in this and a 5mm Neo 03 and only my feet freeze solid every thing else is fine. Scuber pro 5mm semi dry gloves (Gods gift to divers) 5mm neo 03 hood
