I use a buddy redwing (about 110? at the dive show) and a double thickness backplate from Aleutain dive products (60 quid I think), try

I'd recommend Aleutian for a backplate, they'll do one to your spec, and put slots in if you want them. Also they are twice the weight of standard metal backplates so less weight on the weight belt!
