Does anyone have a 4th Element Thermocline?

What do you think of it (good or bad) or should I opt for a full 3mm wetsuit -impending trip to Maldives is the reason I ask.

I'm drawn to it because it offers some protection, looks easy to pack and dry.

Can anyone dissuade me from getting it?
