Hi

A 3mm 'steamer' will do you for all, in June it can get mighty hot, particually when stood on the back of the boat waiting to get in. Most times at that time of year I have used a shorty, but, if you do the Thistlegorm you will get a bit cold. If this is your first wet suit, then go for the 3mm full one piece as it will cover most of what you do in warm water.
