I don't know about the Suunto but on my Uwatec Zo2 the transmission is lost whenever I use my DPV or turn on the strobes for my camera (magnetic switches), other than this I like the system and have had no problems with it in the last 200 or so dives. Uwatec doesn't hit you with the 3 min stop either, another plus.
