Don't worry about the agency just pick a good instructor. Mark Powell is an exceptional instructor and there are some other good ones about if you really take the time to look for them. If you find a good one stick with them as there are a bucket load of turkeys out there (boy have seen some utterly pants instructors fumbling their way through so called tech courses - dangerous
).
