| Basically, you won't have a problem buying any nitrox mix with your Mod 1 badge. You can just tell them you use very large drive bottles for the unit if need be, but no-one is going to question it.
I don't know what the official line is, but you're going to be spending some time doing a lot of dives where you're miles off deco anyway, and when it comes you'll probably be looking at Mod 2 courses in good time.
