| I found the belt took away most of the pain.
I well remember when I was on Malta I set off from the Hotel having forgotten the belt. I only got a couple of hundred yards before I was reminded how 'necessary' the belt was and returned to my room to put it on.
At the time I was taking a daily dose of 1600mg of Ibuprofen by way of Brufen Retard which is prescription only slow release form but this was for my Arthritis.
