I certainly had the false impression that making the call would inevitably lead to a chamber visit. I think the feeling that I didn't want to waste anyone's time and resources was a big factor and meant I kept putting off calling. I know that chambers wouldn't want people phoning every five minutes but I think it's important not to be afraid to call. |
