So youve two potential problems .......... lungs a bit iffy and tinnitus which isnt pleasent. Go to Medical Referees - BSAC and contact the one nearest you.

GP's and most A+E department dont understand diving related problems.... take it from me as an ex-accident and emergency nurse.....fine for terrestrial injuries but water/compressed air..... these people do and they will refer you more readily to the correct consultant if need be. You need and ENT man plus a cardiothorasic man to sort you out. DO SO NOW if you havent already.
