I am filling in the declaration forms for some (full) bottles i found recently, how much would you normally put down in the estimated costs of services box for something you found on a RIB dive?
Also , Is there a way of finding out the actual cargo of a wreck? this one went down in 1859, I would like to find out whats in these bottles, ( I think its port or similar).
