Just to say well done to JMD's customer service.
Those of you that know me know how much I love my little (

) torch, how I like to blind fish and use the battery pack to beat off small invading armies with it. So imagine the horror when on a dive on the JEL a couple of weeks ago when the light became intermittant. Fiddling with the umbillical got it on and off so I figured there was something up with the cable.
Emailed JMD who said send it back. Less that a week later it's back with me with a replaced umbillical FOC, and a note explaining the problem (which is always nice). Apparently this is the first time they've seen it since adding the cable protectors. Therefore I must be special
