I started to think last night that at 37 what an old git I am starting to become. I ache, I'm stiff, I'm tired and I could do with loosing a pound or two (

Thinking back - only a couple of years ago I used to play 5-a-side footie twice a week while doing a third session of something else active. Nowadays - I cycle a mile a day to work.
