I run about 4 times a week at the moment, just started playing 5-a-side (although I majorly suck at football), with a few gym sessions chucked in. I'm 5 weeks off a half marathon (with another one a fortnight later), but usually what happens after a big race I'll lose motivation and go on a drinking binge for a good few weeks.
