3-4 times a week in a gym, good overall workout, focusing on different muscle groups each session.
3-4 times a week running, 2 short runs of about 3-5 miles, i around 8-10 miles and then a long run at the weekends of at least 15.
a swimming session every now and again and supposed to be going cycling a bit more too, though i hate cycling and think all cyclist are cnuts.
oh yeah and 4-5 bottles of red wine per week, as i strongly believe in a balanced diet.
