how can exchanging a tube of tooth paste cause so much hasle.

I bought a tube of toothpaste it split or was not sealed. My sainsburys has a card system for parking if you stay more than half hour you have to pay or spend ten pounds shopping. I thought they could waver that as I just exchanged some faulty goods. but No I am expected to pay two pounds to exchange goods that cost one pound. My crime I had a coffee with a friend and over stayed my 38 mins.

Duty manger claimed he could not validate card. ended up with me storming out
tailgateing another car to get out of car park, two calls to head office still not finished, I now have name of real Manager at Horsham Sainsburys. I will be calling him next week to let him know of my crime and his petty staff.


Yes I may have lost today :-) but its all their fault.......
