| It's SSP after a few days, and our absence policy is pretty reasonable, it's just that people have learnt how to use it to its full extent and take the piss something chronic. There's people on the list who aren't even in this country any more. Madness.
I did particuarly enjoy the investigation a few months ago where a guy was off with a bad back. We listened to his tale of woe, then said "could you explain this for us?" and showed him a video of him carrying building gear into his house. Brilliant. You almost heard his jaw hitting the table. One in the eye for the pisstakers.
