My intro is posted in the Introductions secton.
"I am a BSAC instructor currently with a University club. About 2 years ago I 'adopted' the DIR method but have not done any DIR courses."
There are 2 videos in YouTube one shows the diver removing his reg and breathing directly into the blob the other fills the blob with exhaust air.
Just wondered what the pescribed DIR method is, my guess was to use the exhaust air, but breathing directly seemed quite effective too.
