| yes thats the problem though the law targest recreational users and often punishes them more than regular hard core offenders the law is directed intothe worng place, thats why it needs a review, the ammount of resources that are directed into these things are disporortionate and i am sure the police would rather be doing other things than chasing people after a small buzz, i am sure if things like cannabis and excstacy and cocaine would be viewed differantly if they were taxed like booze and cigs
