| Perhaps this could be used as a new anti lout drive. Send your idea to Gordon Brown, if he thinks its a good idea, and could cut crime, he will anounce it in the commons the very next week. Of course it will have been all his idea lol. If it all goes wrong and the "toe rags" misbehave theres always a simple way out with no prison to pay for .
Seriously I think its a good idea, the youth of today is not all bad, and given something to focus on they can achieve great things.
