Smile Converting a Bauer Junior electric to petrol?

Does anyone here have any knowledge or experience in converting Bauer Junior II compressors from single phase electric power to the Honda (160) 5.6HP petrol engine?

It appears to me that the Hondas don't all have the same shaft diameter. 22 mm appears to be fairly common though.

I am wondering if:

1. The base plate will take the engine... it appears there are extra mounting holes on there that are unused.

2. What diameter shaft the Bauer petrol engine pulley wheel requires.

3. How you regulate the RPM of the Honda 5.6

4. Can it be converted easily?!

Honda 5.6 engiones are easy to come by... very common engines.

Any information or advice would be appreciated.
