| Nope, she admitted liability then withdrew it 2 months later. The Police said I couldn't have been doing more than 30 mph due to the bend of the road. But she is saying I hit her car doing around 80 - 1900 mph.
The solicitors are having to do a locus report etc. Thing is the police pictures say it all. Tell me, if I hit a car pulling out of a drive at 80 - 100 mph. Would my bike be two foot from the door and me eight feet from my bike??
