converting Junior II to petrol drive

Hi,
You could try Divex on 01932 569935 and ask to speak to Mike Alexander, the resident engineer, who should be able to answer all your questions.
The shaft speed on the Junior II is 2300 rpm and the max speed for the Honda GX 160 is 3600 rpm.
Mike should also be able to tell you what diameter pulley you require for the engine and may be able to supply the correct one. You will probably need a new drive belt to suit as well.
When you have the engine filled to the base plate you will need to align the engine pulley to the compressor pulley with a straight edge to ensure there isn't any runout on the belt.

Have fun,

Phil
