The water is de-salinated and it isn't advisable to drink. If you fill up a wash basin with it, it is usually merky.
On most boats there is a plentiful supply of bottled water and they ask you to re-use the bottles, by topping up from the chillers on-board.

Usually T and Coffee available + orange & mango. If you like proper tea ( not liptons ) bring your own. They use UHT milk, so I tend to just drink black coffee when abroad.

Usually biscuits left out in the saloon and if dinner is going to be late, due to a night dive, then often snacks such as pizza slices and Formosas are brought out about 4-5 ish ( depends on the boat )

Get a load @ the airport on the way out. However, you won't be hungry due to the 3 full meals a day and as much as you can eat @ those sittings as well.
