Question Helium Balloons...
Ok, I was wandering and wondering around a 'party shop' earlier with helium filled balloons everywhere, bumping into my face... nice...

Whilst daydreaming about diving I wondered....

These balloons are filled with 100% helium (I'm assuming??)

So... How much He in a mix would you get away with and the balloon still be positively buoyant in air? Could you get away with some 18/45 or would you need something stronger?
