It says on the web page that:
OCEANIC (SW) Ltd are offering you the opportunity to upgrade your present Personal Dive Computer, no matter what make,
even if it's not working, to any one of the latest HI-Tec units from Oceanic.
So trade in one that isn't working, and you will get an Oceanic computer that is about as useful as the one your traded in.
