My flabber has never been so gasted. If you had any idea about either company, laziness is not a word that would spring to the front of your mind. Ever.

Both companies would go at least several miles further than the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, but if they recommend something it's usually because its tried and tested and the alternative is not as good.

I'm speaking as one who used to dive an O'3 but wanted a membrane. If I could just persuade O3 to make a membrane I'd buy it tomorrow.

Lazy O'3 is an oxymoron.
