I went to Sal Algar in Menorca at the end of April Last year with my wife and 9 month old daughter. I was a short flight 2 and a bit hours I think. We hired a car at the airport to lug around all the baby kit so an easy transfer, the resort is 9k from the airport. It was sunny and warm enough (I had to stay undercover at the Bar when I was not diving but then I am from the West Coast of Scotland) my wife got a great tan. The resort is very quiet and baby friendly with a good diving center at the Harbour
S'Algar Diving Menorca, discover scuba diving in Menorca, beginners welcome.. The diving was caverns and swim throughs to a max depth of 30m, I dived in a 5mm semi dry and was fine.
All in all I found it to be a great family/dive resort and not to expensive so very worth a look.
