| ok, I was quick to post the poor response I initially received from Scubapro/Uwatec so I thought I would be just as quick to post about the good response I received.
Scubapro customer service asked me to email them the serial number for the unit that was giving me grief. I did this and they then said that I could send it straight to them. I did this on Tuesday of this week and by Friday I had a brand new in the box Prime dive computer.
Cant complain about that for service and I am happy again so well done Scuabpro and thanks for the customer service. |
