Vis is good (20m) water is 8deg all year round.  There is a very extensive network of tunnels at depths up to about 30m with some very haphazard lines. You need to be very careful with your line marking protocol or you could quite easily get disorientated and lost.  It's also very silty, so you need to be careful.  I wouldn't like to attempt a zero vis exit with the lines the way they are.

We found the very long tunnel on our 2nd dive and calculated about 400m of penetration, but had to drop seven markers on the way in.

The main problem is access.  Imagine walking up the slope at Dorothea and multiply the distance by about ten, put in a few steps and boulders and a couple of fences to climb over and that's what you're up against.  It takes about 25mins to walk to the entrance from the car park and you need to make two trips.

I wouldn't recommend anybody goes there without cave training and some post training experience.  It's quite an advanced dive from that point of view.
