I was tasked with setting up a web site for SWMBO's roller skating club. I registered the domain and hosting service with the set up that CotoChris suggested.

As is well known I am a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to IT.

How easy is it to actually produce a website, do I just carry on with Windows Web Hosting, do I follow the tutorials and will I be able to follow them.

Anyone else used this provider??

Thanks in advance!
I know I bang on about it, but a wordpress install allows anyone to create a site with no knowledge of web design/programming at all. I often get customers who are really worried about getting a site edited after its created but once you've set a basic site up for them and 'guide' them through a couple of pages they realise how easy things are to do. Its quick and simple to bang out wordpress websites for customers, the only hard bits where you really then require a web designer is when you want custom modules and some complex design work too.

Windows hosting is fine. Lots of people prefer linux (as I do) its just because most of the internet runs off these systems.

Cheers, Lloyd.
