| Glad I booked Virgin for my upcoming trip to Japan!
Last time to Japan, I flew with Air France, my bags were lost both ways. Only mine on a jumbo jet, both ways!!
I flew British airways the 1st time I went, but I can't complain about that trip.
Glad no one is hurt.
