later reports are saying it was losing power, wouldn't like to speculate on exact cause till investigation complete but it is testament to the pilots skill that there were no fatalities.

wouldn't have thought it was the airlines fault( unless it comes down to poor maintenance procedures and I think after concorde they were really tightened up) so the comment about flying virgin is a bit misguided
