| I did a 3 minute dive to 21 metres on EAN32. Ascended at precisely 3 metres per minute to 12 metres, where I switched to 50%. I then continued up to 6 metres at 3 metres per minute. From 6 metres I then ascended at 1 metre per minute.
Then I got out of the water. Then I had a bacon and egg buttie. Then I drove home. Then I fell over, bent as a 3 quid note.
