Many thanks | Judging by the age of the wing, I'm assuming that it's a stainless steel inflator, right? If so - and the o-ring replacement/service hasn't done the trick - then I'd be inclined to follow Garf's advice - ie. change the inflator out for a new one. Halcyon now offer an OEM power inflator that's a lot more maintenance-free than the stainless inflator - I changed my stainless inflator out for one of these and have had no problems at all...
