I would say that it depends on what sort of diving you are doing...

If you are set on just those 2 (and I would question that), then if you were looking at a membrane suit for the flexibility then I would say go with the DUI. However you have stated that you want a neoprene suit so I would say go with O'three.

Being based in the UK will make support a lot easier as well.

What sort of build are you? I have a spare and hardly used ri/200 that you could try. Would fit a slim 5'10"-6'1" person.
