| Imported post The best exercise routine is one that you can stick to and fits in with your normal activities.
I try to get into a habit of exercising regularly but vary what I do to avoid getting bored. I usually try to vary between;
- running
- cycling
- boxing
- circuits class
- weights
- swimming
- drinking (well lets be realistic, I am a diver after all!)
I have a gym literally 100 yds away which means there is no excuse for not going.
So don't try and stick to something that is unreasonable, find something that works for you.
Of course if sitting on the sofa eating pizza works for you you may have some changes to make! |
