Did my 3rd and 4th twinset dive today at Stoney and am still trying to do shutdowns. On the second dive, we got to the 6m training platform and had discussed trying to feel what 'flat trim' was like, I would empty my wing and suit of air and just lie face down on the platform and try to shut down. I thought it was a good idea at the time, but it didn't quite go to plan.
As soon as I'd lie down on the platform, my legs would start floating up, trying to invert me. So, with DO sat/pinning my legs down, and having my arm guided to the manifold (and managed to turn manifold off, yay! And got stopped before turning what I was breathing off!) I am now wondering what it must have looked like to passing divers?
Underwater wrestling anyone?

I think my legs are made of Balsa, coated in polystyrene!
